Eine neue Serie von der Autorin, in deren Verlauf man gleich einen Darsteller aus the series "Chosen Darkness" meets again, that Firebird and Doug's son, Aleksandr. However, the novel about 20 years later and played the Wilders have at least so far, no further effect on the action.
There are the so-called Chosen Ones and the Others. Both are children who were not wanted by their parents and were given away. Often they were thrown away to die. They died not, and got a special gift and a tattoo, what they highlighted. The Chosen Ones are definitely the good guys in history, the Others follow the devil and try everything to destroy the Chosen Ones, thus altering the balance of power in the world.
one of these attempts fall the previous Chosen Ones (which are always chosen for only seven years) to the victim so that a father's friend sees itself compelled to find new Chosen. He finds only six chosen ones and they are still young and untrained, so that in the struggle against the overwhelming Others have little chance. But there should be a prophecy that will help them, Dr. Rosamund Hall to see this prophecy for them.
your page is provided Aaron Eagle, a Chosen One who is fascinated from the very beginning of the books of gray mouse, and so accompanied them on an adventurous journey from New York to Casablanca and Paris.
The story is similar to the Chosen Darkness. Here again there are the heroes of a search and tests in order to triumph over evil. But unlike the previous series here, no family is central, but a diverse group of people who become friends. There are a lot of humor and charm in the book, but the main and supporting characters remain strangely pale and expressionless. I think there is hardly any show I've ever read where I was not interested in the history of at least one series of subscriber. The Chosen Ones contrast only has boring characters, whose story I would not know. Too bad.
rating:
1 point for the plot, which admittedly is quite interesting.
1 point for a sympathetic actor who unfortunately died immediately.
one point, that a savage emerges in this way and I still learn something from the other Wilders.

"In 16-year-old Zoey Redbird's world , vampyres not only exist but are so tolerated by humans. Those whom the creatures "mark" as special enter the House of Night school where they will either become vampyres themselves, or, if their body rejects the change, die. To Zoey, being marked is truly a blessing, though she's scared at first. She has never fit into the human world and has always felt she is destined for something else. Her grandmother, a descendant of the Cherokee, has always supported her emotionally, and it is she who takes the girl to her new school. But even there the teen stands apart from the others. Her mark from the Goddess Nyx is a special one, showing that her powers are very strong for one so young. At the House of Night, Zoey finds true friendship, loyalty, and romance as well as mistrust and deception. She realize that all is not right in the vampyre world and that the problems she thought she left behind exist there as well. "
The book is a so-called Young Adult Book, which means it is suitable literature for young adults. I usually like such classifications do not particularly because I can still remember very well my "young adult" time. At that time I have read with enthusiasm the things that were definitely not written for my age and all the things I put every bookseller recommend highly, hiked with me either not even in the shopping bag or were packed in like a gift to give to anyone who could not defend themselves. So I think that YA books are actually books for people who are all possible, just not between age 12 and 20.
But the division ensures that you know you can get or what one may expect in any case. Marked
is related to the bite-books entirely sex-free. It is not even a big, breathtaking kiss yet crystallized rather quickly out a potential couple. Funnily enough, is their first encounter anything as a youth, but it includes an attempted blow job * gg *, but the book is less about the love story, more than the development of a vampire.
The two authors have created a world in which vampires potential new Vampire mark in which they point to them. It seems a kind of tattoo on the forehead of the question. At first it is only the outline, but the longer one in the vampire society, the more involved you become, the more the color of the tattoo.
Zoey gets her tattoo, and must therefore leave their previous, normal life behind to move to a vampire school. She gets to know new friends, new enemies and is unexplainable Puzzles on the track. There are many funny situations in the book, some readers can do, he would be well marked and in other things one can only shake his head. But the obligatory final battle is exciting and unexpected results in any case.
I found that the book seems a little like a cross between Harry Potter and the Twilight books. They wanted to know after the first band not exactly move in the direction which genre the authors whether pure para-Liro, or fantasy, but it is blowing in any case in the book. You go to school with Zoey, and you can enjoy their History.
rating:
for the mere fact that I had a look after reading the last page to see if I can get my library on to the next volumes, gets the book even points.
The sympathetic heroes and the very well-developed tension are other points.
The only thing I have to complain about really, but this is more my problem, as one of the book is that I do not know in what genre I would classify the book. For the average youth book is in there too little drama or mystery, a love story to ? Little gekuschel and pure fantasy, since I still miss the witches and dragons * gg *
