Can Skoal Make You Have To Poop

Rita Mae Brown - Argentine Way

Read Time: 09:03:07 to 11:03:07

Rita Mae Brown - Down Argentine Way (Riding Shotgun)

Publisher's:
Virginia in 1995: during a fox hunt, the lost broker Pryor Blackwood in the fog and gallops straight into the seventeenth century-where wait their colonial ancestors were already on it. The involuntary trip to the Vergangeheit turns out to be a pioneering adventure ... "

A time travel novel is always something special, I think. They are fun, entertaining, can be infinitely romantic (now the cozy fireplace is usually made of plastic so * g *) and they invite you to dream.
The story Cig (Pryor Blackwood) promised to meet all my expectations, even if Cig a little older and has almost grown children. She's just turned widow and tried to get her new life alone in the handle. At the same time she receives help from her sister, who is not as straightforward, as will convey to the beginning of the book, and just as all the drama and antics threaten to escalate, a magical fox into the Cig Past. As though he wanted to show her that all that it acts charged in the now compared to earlier times, only laughable.
this behavior I was reminded of my mother's sayings. When I came to her to tell me endlessly for my major problems was getting a "You call that bad?" There is a lot worse. " This knowledge has helped me and just as it never was made even Cig (I think). They met in the past to find your way, meets strangers with familiar faces, and seems to repeat their old mistakes and just when she realizes this, the fox leads them back again and suddenly she finds herself once again to their problems. But as before the beginning of the book, she solves it not, it does not consider a closer, but seems almost to float ... until she meets on the last pages of the book a wonderful man.
And just like my description ends the book. It is not very satisfactory, not very entertaining, and half the time I've counted the pages (did I mention that I hate to do that?).

Review:
1 point for the idea
1 point for the accuracy of the information
1 point for the credible characters
And I definitely do not re-read this book!
3 of 10 total points .
